GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1- AYSAF’2007 37th International Footwear Fashion Fair will take place between 29 March - 01 April 2007 in Istanbul Fuar Merkezi/ YESILKOY. Visiting hours will be from 10.00 HRS to 19.00 HRS. RDF is in charge of this.

2- The firm who signed the agreement form i.e. “PARTICIPANT” and “RDF FUARCILIK LTD STI” will exactly fulfill the written requirements.

3- After signing the agreement, the participant cannot abandon the contract and should fulfill all written requirements and his responsibilities.

4- The payment will be made to RDF as stated in the signed agreement. The participants cannot request any rights unless all the payment is fully done. Otherwise RDF has all the rights to take precautions. If such case occurs RDF has all the rights to cancel the firms’ participation and RDF is to refund the amount paid by that firm.

5- The agreement will be handled as the legal legislation.

6- Once both parties signed the agreement, the agreement will be the trade contract.

7- RDF has the right to delay the fair or change the fair area if obligatory reasons occur, such as war, strike, remonstration, epidemic desease, natural disasters, etc. In such cases both parties’ obligations continue. If such event occurs during the fair, RDF cannot be held responsible.

8- The charges for hiring stand are done on sqm bases. Below written facilities will be provided by RDF free of charge.These facilities are:
a- Advertisements and promotions
b- Printing the fairs catalogue. Each exhibiting company will have a half page for their companies informations. These informations will be printed both in Turkish and English.
c- Reception
d- Security
e- Fair areas’ cleanliness
f- 1 spot light (100 watt) per 3 sqm
g- Your companies’ name written in standart style on your stands

9- Other services on payment basis:
a- Telephone, Telex , Fax
b- Eating facilities
c- To have an advertisement printed in the fair catalogue
d- Optional equipments stated on the list
e- Carring your materials to your stand
f- Hostess / Interpreter

10- The height of the stands are 265 cm. Stands will be handed over to the exhibitors surrounded with the clean hard board (walls). The exhibitors are not allowed to make any holes or to nail these boards for hanging purposes. No adhesives except scotch tape can be used. No paint is allowed on these boards. If these rules are not followed, the exhibiting company has to compensate the damages done. Otherwise RDF has the right to hold the exhibitor’s products which were on display.

11- Decoration of the inner part of stands is to be made by the exhibiting company by their own personel. RDF must confirm the chosen decoration.
Exhibitors can only display their products within their stand limits.

12- RDF is only in charge of the security of the fair area. The responsibility for the security of the products on display belongs to the exhibiting company itself.

13- The list of the exhibiting companies’ personnel who will be attending to the fair should be given to RDF written on the companies’ letterheaded paper and then RDF will give an ID card to these people for free enterance.

14- The fair area will be available for stand decorations 2 days before the opening date.
Once the fair is over the exhibitors should finish clearing their stands latest by the next day of closing date. During this period working hours are from 9.00 hrs. to 18.00hrs.
After the mentioned time is over RDF has right to remove all the remaining products out from the fair center without any notice. Any expense which might occur during removal will be charge to the exhibiting company.

15- If for some reason exhibitor fails to attend to the fair, RDF has right to use their stand as RDF wishes.

16- In the case of any cancellation, delay, change of the fair area and early closing due to the occurrence of obligatory reasons such as war, strike, remonstrations, epidemic disease and natural disasters etc., both parties’ obligations continue.

17- Exhibitors decide to participate in this fair by their own will; RDF is not responsible for the fairs commercial success.

18- The exhibitor who signed the agreement has accepted all the general conditions and the fair schedule written.

19- RDF has right to stop any music and video playing in the stands if it disturbs the other stands.

20- Participants who wish to construct a stand higher then 3 meters should inform and get a confirmation from RDF at least 4 weeks before the opening date.

21- High and two floor stands can only be allowed if the hired stand area is over 50 sqms.

22- Stands which are constructed as two floors have to pay 50 % more of the total stand area charge they paid.
Stands which are constructed higher than 3 meters have to pay 25 % more of the total stands area charge they paid.

23- Hanging flags of any kind is prohibited.

24- The participant should pay the participation fee according to the agreement.

25- Cancellations could only be accepted until 45 days before the opening date. Afterwards, the participant has to pay the full amount to RDF.
